Apparently caused by heat from an electric blower in a colfee bean dryer, fire last night damaged a bench at the premises of Wilson, Balk, and Co. Ltd., at the corner of .Jetty and Vogel streets. The City Brigade was called at 10.24 p.m. Called to the Roslyn Mills by a false alarm at 11.5 last uight, tliG City Brigade found that a sprinkler had burst. Some difficulty was experienced in finding the sprinkler affected, and it was not until 12.15 a.m., that the machine returned to the station.
