NEW ZEALAND SCOUTS WILL CAMP ON BANKS OF SEINE

(Rec. 9.40 a.m.) LONDON, June 2. When the New Zealand Boy Scout contingent for the International Jamboree arrives in Britain oil June 15, those of them who are not staying with friends or relatives in Britain will go into camp at Gihvell Park, near Chingford, Essex, the chief training centre for the Iloy Scout movement in England. Until they cross to France pn August 8, tours and special training will he arranged for them. When the world jamboree camp assembles the New Zealanders will he billeted in “ Alsace ” camp, which they will share with scouts from Lancashire, Armenia, United States, Cuba, and Peru. The main camp is 40 miles from Paris, on the banks of the Seine, and is divided into 15 sub-encamp-ments, each one named after a pro-vince-of France.
