CYANIDE LOOSE ON BLACK MARKET ■■■■» # ' TOKIO, May 1. Tokio citizens were warned to-day by the police not to buy black-market flour, saccharin, or baking powder until they had traced 801 b of stolen cyanide—enough to wipe out most of the city’s population. The police fear that the thieves might sell the cyanide on the black market as flour or similar products. Four people in one family have already died after eating food prepared from black-market flour.
