In response to an inquiry by the Associated Chambers of Commerce as to whether the New Zealand Governinent intends to introduce legislation parallel to that proposed in the United Kingdom, which will give the subject rights in legal actions against the Crown, the Minister of Justice (the Hon. H. G. R. Mason) advised fha + us soon as the text of the proposed 'United Kingdom Bill was available lie would examine it to see if it might form a "useful guide for action in the Dominion.
