CAVERSHAM SCHOOL

MEMORIAL ARCH A memorial arch commemorating the ex-pupils of the Caversham School who fell in the war was unveiled at the school swimming baths on Saturday afternoon in the presence of a large gathering of parents and pupils. Mr F. Percy, the chairman of the Caversham School Committee, presided over the ceremony, and the arch was unveiled by Mrs Percy after a short service conducted by the Rev. C. M. Sullivan. The Mayor, Mr D. O. Cameron, and the head master of the school, Mr G. M. Luke, also spoke.
