OFFICERS ELECTED (P.A.) ROTORUA, March 5. ; At the concluding session of the conference of the Institute of Town Glerba to-day the following officers were elected:—President, Mr T. W. H. Ashby, Auckland (re-elected); vicepresidents—Mr R. A. Johnston, Duuedin, Mr W. F. Sturman.' Invercargill, and Mr. H. S. Feist, Christchurch (representing the South Island), and Mr E. P, Norman,- Wellington, Mr T. R. Congleton, Mount Albert, and' Mr C. H. Tate, Feilding (representing the North Island); executive—Messrs W. L. Waddell, Hamilton,'N.' C.Harding, Hastings, C. Turner, Blenheim, T. G. Richardson, Lower Hutt, and' A. Leese, One Tree Hill, Auckland. J. P, McDavitt, Eastborne, was appointed secretary-treasurer in place of Mr G. T. O’Hara Smith, who had resigned, and Mr A. H. P. Hall was appointed auditor. s
