ILLEGAL JEWISH IMMIGRANTS
COURT RESERVES JUDGMENT ON PETITION

JERUSALEM, March 4,
The Supreme Court reserved judgment after hearing the petition for a writ pf habses corpus on behalf of the Jewish immigrants on board the illegal immigrant ship Haim Arlosorov, which grounded in Haifa harbour entrance on February 28, when the passengers were transferred to three service transports. It is expected that the court’s finding will be-announced to-morrow.
