ARAB LEADER'S FREE MOVEMENTS

(Rec. 8 a.m.) LONDON, Mar. 3. Fawzi Kaukji, an Arab guerrilla leader of pre-war Arab uprisings, arrived at Beirut from Egypt, and called on'the President of the Lebanon, reports an Association Press correspondent. Large crowds from Tripoli, in the Lebanon, Kaukji’s native town, swarmed at Beirut to welcome him: Kaukji, who has a price on his head, arrived at Lydda- in a Norwegian plane which went on to Cairo. Ac inquiry is proceeding in Palestine why he was not arrested at Lydda.
