Merrick, at 3 p.m. (Messrs Dymond and McQueen). GOLF. Otago Club. —A stroke handicap competition will' be played by the Otago Club at Balmacewen to-morrow. Post entries will be received. The second round of the Veterans’ Cup competition- 5 will also be played. Belleknowes Club.—A stroke handicap will be played by the Belleknowes Club to-morrow. Post, entries will be received. St. Clair Club.—Matches in the Paterson Cup will be continued on Saturday afternoon, and the monthly stroke handicap, for which post entries will be received, will also be played. During the week-end an interclub match will be played at Corstorphine, commencing at 9 a.m., between teams from the Otago and St. Clair Clubs.
