CHINESE COMMUNISTS' CHARGE PLANES BOMBED BY NATIONALISTS (Rec. 11.10 a.m.)' SHANGHAI, February 16. Tung Pi-wu, chief of the Nanking Communist office, alleged in a letter to Major-general Glen E. Edgerton, director of Unrra’s China office, that Nationalist planes were deliberately bombing Unrra relief supplies for Communist areas. He claimed that the National Government was. doing everything in its power to frighten Unrra officials “so that all shipments to Communist ai'eas will be stopped.”
