PROPOSAL FOR AMERICAN NATIONS (Rec. 10.5 a.m.) WASHINGTON, February 16. The Inter-American Defence Board announced that recommendations for the standardisation of the land, sea, and air forces of the Americas have been submitted for the consideration of 21 American republics.
