THEFT ALLEGED

LABOURER CHARGED Charged with stealing an overcoat valued at £9, the property of Leonard William Cadzow, on November 9, and with breaking and entering the counting house of the Iviln-dried Timber and Joinery Company, Neville street, and stealing postage stamps valued at £4 10s on December 1, Malcolm Arthur Rosie, 20, a labourer, appeared in the Police Court this morning before Mr H. W. Bundle, S.M. On the application of Chief-detective T. Y. Hall, he was remanded until Monday, his request for bail being refused.
