AGREEMENT OVER USE OF FRENCH SHIPPING
LONDON, January 3, The Minister of War Transport, Mr A. Barnes, and the French Transport Minister, M. Jules Moc'h, have signed an agreement settling outstanding questions concerning the British use during the war of French merchant ships. For their hire,* Britain will credit the French Government with a total of £5,750,000
