At the monthly meeting of the Taieri County Council, a petition was received from ratepayers in the Kaikorai riding, requesting that attention be given to Ferguson’s road. This was referred to the engineer. In response to a letter from Brighton residents about the delay in the completion of the wohk at the corner of Bath and Copeland streets, the councillor for that area and the engineer were asked to attend to the matter.
