(Rec. 8 a.m.) LONDON,'Nov. 14. Thirteen more Labour members of the House of Commons supported the foreign policy amendment to the King’s Speech, says the Press Association. The 41 who originally signed are maintaining their stand. Cabinet is talcing tho “ rebellion ” seriously. The action of the 18 Labour members who tabled the amendment on conscription is regarded as a matter of conscience.
