IMPERIAL PREFERENCE.
LONDON, November 12.—Sixtyone . Conservatives, before the House of Commons adjourned, tabled an amendment to the King’s Speech regretting that it contained “ no assurance that the system of Imperial preference shall be effectively maintained.”
