OTAGO BRANCH ANNUAL MEETING The annual meeting of the Royal Society of New Zealand, Otago branch, was held in the Biology Lecture Theatre at the Museum last night,when there was an attendance of 25 members. Professor B. J. Mapples occupied the chair. Three new members were elected, and the annual report and balance sheet were adopted. Th following officers were elected:— President. Dr H. D. Skinner; vicepresidents, Dr F. G. Soper and - Dr G, T. S. Baylis; hon. secretary, Mr Gordon Anderson; hon. treasurer, Mr H. S. Tiley; hon. solicitor) Mr J. M. Paterson; hon. auditor, Mr J,.; G.i Butler; council —Miss Beryl Brewin, Dr C. O. Hutton, Dr G. J. Williams,. Mr J. S. Coombs, and Mr O. H. Keys. ■ Dr Skinner announced , that ,_a conversazione for the Royal Society and the Friends of the Museum would b* held to-night,
