INDEPENDENT LABOUR
CANDIDATE WITHDRAWS
(P.A.) INVERCARGILL, Nov. 4. Mr T. P. Hackett, who had announced that he would stand as an Independent Labour candidate for Invercargill at the General Election, has decided to.,withdraw. His reason is that he thinks there would be very little support for a third candidate.
