(Rec. 11 a.m.) BERLIN, Nov. 3. The police arrested Gunther Wulff and his black market agent, and seized 76,000 phials of potassium cyanide as used in the Nazi suicides. The poison was sent to a chemical firm in January, 1945, and somehow fell into Wulff’s possession.
