GERMAN DOCTORS AND NURSES LONDON, October 31. The Soviet authorities have now begun the deportation of German doctors and nurses to Russia, says the ‘ Daily Telegraph’s ’ Berlin correspondent. vSeventeen physicians and specialists; from the Pankow district, in the Soviet sector of Berlin, have already been removed, and further deportations aro expected. The Berlin Medical Council met to-day to discuss the matter. A statement may be issued shortly. : Professor Loehlein, a Berlin eye specialist, moved from the Soviet to the United States zone on being told that he was to be deported.
