DUNEDIN METROPOLITAN MILK , BOARD. MILK LEVY. PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 74 (Sub-section (4) of the Milk Act, 1944, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dunedin Metropolitan Milk Board did by resolution duly passed at a meeting of the said Board held on October 17, 1946, make and impose (with the prior consent of the Central Milk Council) a levy of One Farthing (id):per gallon in respect of all milk sold within the Board’s District, such levy to be payable for the period commencing on the 17th day of October, 1946, and ending on the 31st March, 1947. In terms of the Board’s By-laws, all Persons or Organisations Selling Milk in the Board’s District are required to supply the Board with monthly returns of such sales.
