SUICIDE IN CELL

MAYFAIR PLAYBOY AND CONFIDENCE MAN RAGED HORSES IN ENGLAND ; LONDON, Oct, 16., Michael Dennis Corrigan, the 49-year-old Mayfair playboy, . was this morning found hanging in a. cell at Brixtoh Prison while awaiting trial oil charges of obtaining money by false pretences. The ‘ Evening Standard ’ says Corrigan was an international confidence man. At various times he passed himself off, as a rebel Mexican army general and an oil king. He raced horses in England before he went bankrupt; and was warned off race courses.
