FEDERAL REFERENDUM
VICTORIA AND N.S. WALES FAVOUR ALL ISSUES (Rec. 8 a.m.) MELBOURNE, October 17. The concluding count to-day of votes for the referfchdiim in Victoria shows a majority in favour of all the three powers sought by the Federal Government. The final majorities are: Social services, 143,515: organised marketing, 56,483; industrial employment, 48.582. New South Wales favours all three powers. The majorities are: Social services, 133,164; organised marketing, 60,381; industrial employment, 55,542.
