KIWI CLUB
Although the waether has not been of the best for the last few weeks, the club has managed to have two very successful days of play. There is an increased membership this season. The following office-bearers were elected at the annual meeting President, Mr S. Peat; treasurer, Mr J. J udge; secretary, Mr 1. Dickel; comniittee—Misses S.. Gilbert. V. Gruszning. MacArthur, 1). Orr, P. White. Messrs W. Corson, M. Dickel, G. McKay, W. Mitchell. A. Morris; delegates to I).L.T.U.—Messrs J. Judge, W. 'Mitchell; telephone member, Mr M. Dickel (10-282). The President expressed his thanks to the members for their support and keenness last season, and hoped that this spirit would prevail an the future. There are quite a few returned men in the club, and the president extended to them a hearty welcome.
