WORLD WELTER TITLE
\ NEW, YORK, Sept. 10. The National' Boxing Association ruled that Marty Servo was still world welter-weight champion, but stipulated that he must defend the title'against Ray Robinson by December 1 or renounce it. The New York State, Athletic Commission on September 3 declared Servo’s championship and proposed a tournament for the title among the leading contenders.
