LIGHT HORSE SOCIETY'S PLANS Proposals to hold a gymkhana at Tahuna Park about the middle of November were approved at the monthly meeting of the Light Horse and Pony Society. To encourage children to show ponies, the society decided to give c.aslv prizes to all A. and P. Societies in Otago for children’s pony classes or competitions. The society decided to circularise all A. and P. societies asking them to encourage the formation of light horse and pony societies in all provinces throughout Now Zealand.
