CALL FOR DIRECT ACTION ((Rec. 11.45 a.m.) LAHORE, September 2. The Working Committee of the Punjab Moslem League declared that Punjab Moslems repudiated the civil authority of the so-called Interim. Government, .and called on Mr Jinnah to formulate a programme r f direct action. The committee authorised the provincial president to tame his successor if he was in danger of being arrested. The police arrested three Nationalist Moslems and two members of the Moslem League after the meeting broke up in uproar.
