ALLEGATIONS OF BLACK MARKET IN AUSTRALIA • SYDNEY, Sept. 2. Prompt Government action to check racketeering in stock feed was demanded to-day by farmers and stock and station agents, who alleged that millions of sheep might be lost in the drought areas because of the action of a few men. Almost 2,000,000 sheep in Moree and • adjacent areas are facing starvation because of the cutting-off of supplies of fodder and corn. Farmers allege that the Government’s fixing of the price of grain has 'Caused a big black market. . y
