ROYAL MALE CHOIR

On Monday next, in the Main Town Hall the public will once again be given the opportunity of hearing the Royal Dunedin Male Choir in what should prove to be one of the most enjoyable concerts the society has given for many years. Under Mr Ernest Drake’s direction the men have been working hard. The membership has been further increased, bringing up the active members ■to over 80. The part songs chosen should cater for all tastes, and include compositions by such famous Composers as Schumann, Lully, Roberton, Beethoven. Hegar. and Kastliope Martin.

The society has been fortunate in securing the services of the following artists, none of whom need introduction to Dunedin audiences:—Mary Pratt. Helen Uov, Mrs Ernest Drake, and Gil Decli, who will play an arrangement for two pianofortes, and J. A. Mc-Caw (clarinet). The chonsoloists will he Cecil Wallis and Keith McKay. Particulars as advertised.
