"ALL IS NOW WELL" PAKISTAN STILL A PROSPECT (Rec. 10.40 a.m.) NEW DELHI, June 6. "We have cast the die," said Mr Jinnah after the Moslem League Council voted to support the British Mission's proposals. It is understood that Mr Jinnah spoke for 75 minutes at a 225-minute meeting, pleading, for the acceptance otf the British proposals. He pointed out that if the council rejected the proposals it would mean the end of the fight on a constitutional plane and would turn the league into a revolutionary body with all the imnlications of it. He knew the Moslems were brave and were prepared to shed blood, but he did not think they were iustified in adopting such a_ course now. The proposals offered a fair chance of establishing his Pakistan. After an afternoon meeting of the Moslem League Executive Council Mr Jinnah said: " All is now well." The League's secretary said that the terms of the resolution accepting the mission's proposals would be issued later.
