SHIPPING REPARATIONS
NEW ZEALAND MAY RECEIVE 1,509-TON SHIP (N.Z.P.A. Special Correspondent.) (Bee. 8 a.m.) LONDON, April 24. It is possible that New Zealand may receive one 1,500-ton ship as her share in the reparations from the German merchant fleet. It will be modern and of good quality. Mr G. W. Clinkard, New Zealand's representative on the Interallied Reparations Agency, said that if the Dominion did not receive a 1,500-ton ship she might take two or three smaller craft.
