SOME DETAILS DISCLOSED (litre. 11 a.m.) LONDON, April 16. The Prime Minister, Mr C. 11. Attlee, stated in the House of Commons that between October, 1941, and March, 1946, Britain sent Russia 5,218 tanks and 7,411 aircraft, the latter including 3,129 from America. The total value of military supplies to Russia was £308,000,000, plus about £120,000,000 worth of raw materials, food stuffs, machinery, plant, medical supplies, and hospital equipment. Mr T. C. Skeffington-Lodge (Lab.) asked: " Will the Prime Minister arrange for this information to be incorporated in the regular 8.8. C. broadcast to Russia to enable our allies to develop a better perspective in which to_ judge the relative merits of the contributions of those who contributed to victorv?"

MrAttlee replied: "I would like to consider the suggestion. It seems good."
