ORPHANS' CLUB

ANNUAL MEETING Bio. N. 11. Mclsaac, who presided over the 47th annual meeting of the Dunedin. Orphans' Club, which was held in the Pioneer Hall last night, referred to the move to the new meeting room which had been made necessary by the acquisition of the old rooms by a business firm. He expressed the hope that the Pioneer Hall would prove acceptable to members. Members who had been on active service were returning to full membership, and at the close of last season the roll showed 273 names, including. 25 in the orchestra. Kerr, R. A. Wilkie, G. A. Coughlan, and Charles E. Begg; committee— Bros. J. Angell, A. Dickinson, F. Goodwin, J. S. Gordon, D. G. Gray, H. W. Hunter, and J. S. N. Larkins; honorary auditor, Bro. J.
