HOMING PIGEONS
RAGE FROM ASH BURTON The Dunedin Homing Pigeon Club flew its young bird nomination racp on Saturday afternoon from Ashburton. The station master liberated 49 birds, representing 16 lofts, and the birds had a hard fight in trying weather conditions. The winning bird flew the 152 miles in 3h 37min.
