AUSTRALIANS' TOUR (P.A.) WELLINGTON, April 13. Mr S. S. Dean, ehaivman of the New Zealand Rugby Union, referring to the Sydney cablegram regarding traffic difficulties in connection with the Australian llugby tour of the Dominion, said he was assured by Empire Airways that the llugby Union could safely go ahead with its plans for the tour in August and September. The airways expected a daily service to be operating then.
