OFFER OF HELP TO REBUILD BRITAIN TOKEN OF ADMIRATION AND APPRECIATION (Rec. 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, March 18. An offer by Belgium to help rebuild Britain will be discussed in London this week. A Belgian delegation has arrived at Folkestone en route to London to meet Ministries handling reconstruction plans. The leader described the offer as a “ token contribution to British reconstruction prompted by a sincere desire to do something to show Belgium’s appreciation and admiration of Britain.”
