POSITION IN BOMBAY
EXTRA TROOPS WITHDRAWN (Rec. 8 a.m.) BOMBAY, Feb. 28. A Southern Command communique states that all extra troops brought in to deal with the rioting' have now been withdrawn except for a small contingent reinforcing the city.
