SENTENCES ON JAPANESE (Rec. 10.50 a.m.} SHANGHAI, February 28. A United States military court sentenced to death five Japanese soldiers, including Major-general Masataka Kaburagi, former deputy commander of the Thirty-fourth Army for strangling three American flyers whose Super Fortresses crashed near Hankow in December, 1944. , The court sentenced 18 other Japanese soldiers up to 20 years for complicity. The flyers were dragged through the streets of Hankow, clubbed, and strangled with cords
