THE CAIRO DISTURBANCES BRITISH LORRY DRIVERS BLAMED LONDON, February 28. The Egyptian reply to the British Note follows the Hue of the public declarations of the Prime Minister, Sklky Pasha,, who throws part of the blame for the Cairo disturbances on British lorry drivers, but declares that compensation for the destruction of British property will be paid if wilful damage is proved, after judicial investigation, says the diplomatic correspondent of ' The Times.'
