WITHIN HOUR OF CERTAIN DEATH.—The rescued crew of the submarine Universal enjoying tea after being rescued within an hour, of certain death, when their ship was wrecked off the west coast of Wales. Three waiting life boats circled round the doomed submarine waiting a chance to take oft survivors, but were beaten back by giant seas.
