COURSING CLUB
The annual meeting of the Dunedin Coursing and Greyhound Racing Club was held in the Y.M.C.A. Mr A. L. Mitchell occupied the chair and there was a good attendance of members present. The annual report and bal-
ance sheet, which were . adopted, showed the club to be in a sound position. The election of the principal officebearers resulted as follows:—Patron, Mr A. A. Paape; president, Mr A. L. Mitchell; vice-president, Mr D. C. White; secretary, Mr A. Whittington; treasurer, Mr J. McMullan; judge, Mr J. Jarvis; slipper, Mr •C. Bowes; assistant, Mr Stewart; call steward, Mr Laugh; hare steward, Mr .Coutts; auditor, Mr T. O'Shea; Disputes Committee, Mr Coutts, Mr Stewart, Mr Whittington.
