ACCUSED ACQUITTED

KILLING OF BRITISH OFFICES (Rec. 11 a.m.) HERFORD, Feb. 13. A court martial at Wilhelmshaven acquitted four German naval officers charged in connection with the killing of a British officer, on the ground that the shooting was " in accordance with the principles of maintaining discipline." The statement added that the order to shoot was given when the officer incited other internees in a war prisoner camp to revolt.
