ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS

INQUEST OPENED. An inquest was opened this morning on George Herbert Smith (61), 0 janitor, residing with his wife at 12 Kevin street, Mornington, who was found dead at his home yesterday morning. After evidence of identification had been given the coroner (Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) ordered a post mortem and adjourned the proceedings sine die.
