TO MEET PRESIDENT
MR CHURCHILL IN WASHINGTON NEW YORK, February 10. Mr Churchill has arrived at Washington for a conference with President Truman. He went immediately to the British Embassy with Lord Halifax. British sources insist that the trip is concerned only with a speech at Westminster College on March 5.
