FIRST TO ENGLAND (Rec. noon.) LONDON, Feb. 11. The first, commercial plane to make a non-stop flight from New York to England, the Pan-American. Airways Clipper " Uno," arrived nt Hunt airport after flving from New York in 12 hours, but encountered head winds.
