Forecast to 5 p.m., Wednesday: North-westerly winds, strong at times, but decreasing during to-morrow, and changing southwesterly. Weather: Cloudy, with a brief period of rain with the wind change. Temperatures: Temporarily warm. Further outlook: Isolated coastal showers. ,
