BOWLING

R.S.A. CHAMPIONSHIP - The weather, together with the absence of players at the Dominion tournament and on holiday, has prevented a number of the clubs from finding their R.S.A. singles' champion by January 31. The R.S.A. Bowling Committee has therefore decided to extend the date, and clubs are now required to notify the name of their champion to the secretary of the R.S.A. not later than Monday, February 11. This is also the date for the closing of entries for the Diggers' fours tournament. This tournament, which is to be held on February 23, will be conducted on the Balmacewen, Kaikorai. Roslyn, and Mornington greens.
