• <, SUPPLY FOR NEW ZEALAND (Rec. S a.m.) MELBOURNE, January 23. The Australian Commercial Secretary in New Zealand, Mr W. M. Carney, iii his monthly report to the Department of Commerce, says that New Zealand requires 6,000,000 bushels of wheat and is desirous of importing the whole of its requirements from Australia. Mr Carney states that Canadian wheat, which was imported by New Zealand when Australian was not available, was ended The landed costs in New Zealand were: Bulk, lis 4d a bushel; and bagged, 12s 9d a bushel.
