IRAQ'S POST-WAR POLICY

BAGDAD, December 28. Iraq’s post-war policy was defined by the Regent, Emir Abdul Illah, in an address .to both Houses of Parliament. He said it was based, first, on security; secondly, on an improved standard of living, with health services for peasants and help for old people; and, thirdly, on social justice. Under this new policy there would be no racial or religious discrimination and 1 ' political parties would be able to resume their activities.
