NATIONAL COMMENT
RUSSIAN VSEW HIGHEST POINT OF CO-OPERATION . (Rec. 8 a.m.) MOSCOW, Dec. 28. ' Pravda ' savs that the results of the Foreign Ministers' Conference, and the thorny questions decided there prove beyond doubt that co-operation between the Allied Powers has reached its highest point. Commenting on the proposals for the control of Japan decided by the conference, ' Pravda ' said: "It is obvious from the establishment of the Far Eastern Commission and the Allied Council that the authority vested in the American Com- • mander-in-Chief has been limited, but at the same time he is guaranteed ample power to deal with the problems he is -required to face. The creation of these two international organs fully answers the need that was becoming increasingly obvious for new organs to face the task of guaranteeing a policy which will kill *a rebirth of Far Eastern aggression. We must see that all attempts to conserve what remains of Japanese Imperialism are quashed."
